Steven M. Wilcox Steven initiated his association with Grand Rapids State Bank as a student in 1964. After graduating from St. John’s University, Collegeville, Mn., his full time work status began in June 1971. He currently serves as President of the bank holding company, Wilcox Bancshares, Inc. Steven has served in various industry and community leadership posts over his 40 year career. In 2007, he was named "Banker of the Year" by Northwestern Financial Review. |

Noah W. Wilcox Although he has a lifetime association with GRSB, Noah formally joined GRSB full-time in 1999 and the board in 2005. He is the fourth generation of his family to lead GRSB. Noah has served on numerous state and national banking association committees. Recently, Noah was elected as the ICBA District Three Minnesota Director. In addition to a number of other volunteer activities in the Grand Rapids area, Noah serves as Director for the Itasca County Family YMCA and Trustee for the Grand Rapids Area Community Foundation, delivering on his belief that community bankers have a civic duty to be proactive participants in the communities they serve. Noah is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Graduate School of Banking. |

Joseph C. Maher Joe is the general manager at the UPM-Kymmene Blandin Paper Mill, a position he has held since 2000. In addition to his 26 years of experience with one of the region's largest industries, Joe’s business acumen and community perspective are extremely valuable in helping chart the bank’s strategic direction. Joe earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachussets Institute of Technology. His current and recent community service includes the boards of Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital, Minnesota Forest Industries, Itasca Economic Development Council, the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, Consumers United for Rail Equity, the Governor’s Climate Change Advisory Group and the Blandin Foundation. |

Stephen R. Welliver Stephen Welliver is a well respected businessman and principal of Wellson Group, Inc. Steve has served Grand Rapids State Bank in the capacity as a director since 1996. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas - Finance and the University of Minnesota - Minneapolis College of Forestry, Steve has an excellent background in this area's chief economic business - forest products. Steve currently serves as President of the City of Grand Rapids Public Utilities Board. A lifelong resident of Grand Rapids, he has been an active volunteer with youth coaching and has served on many boards, and in leadership roles, locally and nationally. |

Edward M. Zabinski Ed joined the GRSB board in 1996 and the bank's senior management team in 2007. For 20 years, Ed worked as an executive of Blandin Paper Company. He is president of MotherLode North America and the principal of Zabinski Consulting, LLC. Ed currently serves as president of the City of Grand Rapids Economic Development Authority and as a board member of the Northland Foundation. He earned an associate’s degree from Vermillion Community College, a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University and a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. |

Clair C. Wilcox Clair, our Chairman Emeritus, represents second generation ownership and management. Clair still maintains regular office hours and contributes to the forward going progress of Grand Rapids State Bank bringing his 60+ years of experience to bear on today's business challenges. |
