Steven M. Wilcox Steve initiated his association with Grand Rapids State Bank as a student in 1964. After graduating from St. John’s University, Collegeville, Mn., his full-time work status began in June 1971. He currently serves as President of the bank holding company, Wilcox Bancshares, Inc. Steve has served in various industry and community leadership posts over his 40 year career. In 2007, he was named "Banker of the Year" by NorthWestern Financial Review. |

Allen R. Liestman With over 20 years of banking experience, Al leads the bank's Business and Personal Banking teams. He joined GRSB in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Lending after serving most recently as market president of KleinBank Victoria. Al holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from St. John's University and has graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison's Graduate School of Banking. Al is also a graduate of the Minnesota Bankers Association's Commercial Lending School and the American Bankers Association's National Commercial Lending School. |

Shelly D. Steere Shelly joined GRSB in 1990 and has held numerous staff and supervisory positions throughout the bank. She is currently Senior Vice President of Operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a master’s degree in management from the College of St. Scholastica. Shelly is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking's Senior Management Program. She is a 2007 recipient of Finance and Commerce's Top Women in Finance and a 2008 recipient of NorthWestern Financial Review's Outstanding Women in Banking. Shelly serves on the St. Joseph’s Catholic Elementary School Board, where she also served as Past President, as well as serves on the Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital's Board of Directors. She is active in numerous other community and civic organizations. |

Edward M. Zabinski Ed joined the GRSB senior management team in 2007 and is currently Senior Vice President of Human Resources. For 20 years, Ed worked as an executive of Blandin Paper Company. He is president of MotherLode North America and the principal of Zabinski Consulting, LLC. Ed was elected to the Grand Rapids City Council in November 2008, serves as president of the City of Grand Rapids Economic Development Authority and as a board member of the Northland Foundation. He earned an associate’s degree from Vermillion Community College, a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University and a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
