Q:
Is e-Statement delivery safe? Secure?  
A:
Receiving your bank statement electronically is safe and secure. We use advanced technologies to digitally encrypt and protect the files before sending them via email at a pre-determined time to qualified addresses.  
   
Q:
How big is the email attachment?  
A:
A typical account generates a 1MB file. Most combined statements generate a 2MB file. Please note that the number of statements attached to a combined statement along with the volume of activity for a given account affect the file size accordingly.  
   
Q:
When will I receive my statement?  
A:
When you are an e-Statement customer you will usually receive your statement on the cut-off day. This is several days faster than when delivered by traditional mail.  
   
Q:
Will I still receive my check images with an e-Statement?  
A:
Yes.  
   
Q:
What if I need a printed copy of my statement?  
A:
Print the file that is sent to you.  
   
Q:
Is there a fee to receive my statement electronically?  
A:
No.  
   
Q:
How do I save my bank statements if they are not being mailed to me?  
A:
There are many options. You could print each one and retain as you ordinarily would. However, we suggest that you save them to the hard drive on your computer and then periodically burn them to CD or other like removable media and remove them in turn from your hard drive as well.  
     
Q: If I print my statement, is there a way I can supress printing the first page of the statement that has the
e-Statements logo on it?

Yes. To print your statement, without printing the first page follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the file button in the top left of the PDF file
  2. Choose the Print option from the file list
  3. When the Print Options dialogue box displays llook for the Print Range area of the dialogue box
  4. The Print Range defualt will be set to All, change this to the Pages from option, usually listed last
  5. The from and to page numbers should be pre-populated with the first and last page numbers, if this is the case, change the from page to a 2 instead of the 1 that was there and press the print button
  6. The dialogue box will close and the document should print without the coversheet
